About Us

Diana Kearns has been involved in Denver-Boulder Real Estate since the 1980s, with experience in both the Commercial and Residential Real Estate markets, and has in depth knowledge of real estate prices, trends, and housing in Denver and the Denver-Boulder Corridor. Diana is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and works primarily with our home buyers. In addition to Stapleton, Diana loves working in Denver's "architecturally classic" neighborhoods, including City Park, Park Hill, Wash Park, Whittier, and Highlands.

Prior to entering the Real Estate profession, Michael Kearns had 16 years experience in corporate Human Resources and Recruiting with leading companies including Merck & Co., Inc., PepsiCo, Qwest Communications, DoubleClick, and Continental Airlines, Michael provides a unique and non-traditional perspective to his clients, especially those relocating to the Denver metro area. Michael is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and is one of less than 1% of Realtors in the U.S. to hold the e-PRO designation. Michael primarily works with home sellers throughout the Denver Metro area and with buyers and sellers in Denver's "rebirth" neighborhoods, including Stapleton, Lowry, and LoDo.

We live and work in Denver and are active in the local community. Diana is a Board Member of the Stapleton Citizens' Advisory Board (CAB), a member of the Design Review Committee, and is Vice President of Stapleton United Neighbors (SUN). She previously served as Membership chair of the Whittier Neighborhood Association in Denver and Recording Secretary for the Old Post Homeowners Association in Boulder.

Michael is a past President of the Rotary Club of Denver Stapleton, past Chairman of the Stapleton Parks Advisory Group, the resident Director and an Elected Delegate to the Stapleton Master Community Association, and an elected Board Member of the Westerly Crek Metropolitan District. We are former residents of Boulder and of LoDo, Whittier, and Wash Park in Denver. We are volunteers with the Cherry Creek Arts Festival, Chinese Children Charities, the Great American Beer Festival, and the Colorado Irish Festival.

Diana and Michael are members of the Denver Board of REALTORS®, and the Colorado and National Associations of REALTORS®. Diana holds the prestigious Accredited Buyer Representative designation (ABR) and is a member of the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC). We are also members of the Denver Builder-Realty Council and Charter Members of the Greater Stapleton Business Association.
