While all Central Park residential properties are part of the Master Community Association, some are also members of "sub-assocations." These sub associations generally cover grounds and property maintenance, design review, and other services for attached or courtyard homes.
The MCA maintains a list of sub-association contacts: Central Park HOAs and Sub-Associations.
